Kathy Dwyer is a summer work-study student in the Rappahannock County Extension Service office at Washington, in coordination with Eastern Mennonite College where she will attend school this fall. Her work will consist of 4-H Club activities. She will supervise 4-H meetings and projects during the summer. She is the daughter of Ms. Ruby Dwyer of Sperryville and was graduated from RCHS last week.
