CHAPTER 24. Trout Fishing.

R24-11.1. There shall be an eight-inch minimum size limit on all trout taken in Philpott, Carvin’s Cove and Flanaghan reservoirs. It shall be unlawful for any person to have in his possession any trout under eight inches in length in these areas.

CHAPTER 28. (Watercraft) In General.

R28-2. Occupied motorboats drifting or at anchor during hours of darkness or reduced visibility, when approached by another vessel underway, shall exhibit a white light which shall be visible on board of the approaching vessel. This provision shall not be applicable in areas where boats are regularly moored or in sheltered coves not normally used by motorboats under power for through passage.
