NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

The Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries at a meeting held in Richmond, Virginia, on May 2, 1975, adopted the following amended or new regulations pursuant to Sections 29-125, 29-126 and 29127 of the Code of Virginia, to become effective July, 1, 1975.

CHAPTER 3. Bear.

R3-4. It shall be unlawful to kill a bear of less than one hundred pounds live weight or less than seventy-five pounds dressed weight (entrails and internal organs removed).

CHAPTER 4. Beaver.

R4-1. It shall be lawful to trap beaver in all counties east of the Blue Ridge Mountains from December 15 through the last day of February, both dates inclusive.

R4-l:l. Except as otherwise specifically provided by the regulations appearing in this chapter, it shall be lawful to trap beaver in ail counties west of the Blue Ridge Mountains from January 1 through February 15, both dates inclusive.

CHAPTER 5.1. Crow.

R5.1-1. It shall be lawful to hunt crow on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday of each week from June 1 through February 28, both dates inclusive.

CHAPTER 13. Otter.
