built 15 years ago for 285 pupils. An addition in 1966 increased the capacity to 385 pupils. The enrollment for the 1975-76 session is 465. Estimates for the next six years, based on elementary school enrollments, show enrollment at the high school will continue at the same level or increase slightly, O. A. Norton, Superintendent of schools, told the school board.
Mrs. Beverly Massie will serve as the School Board’s representative on the special committee and Dick Latham will represent the Supervisors. Robert Anderson of Woodville and Emory Russell of Flint Hill will be “lay citizen” members of the committee. Superintendent of Schools O. A. Norton and Assistant Superintendent T. A. Fleetwood will not serve as members of the committee but will be available as “resource contacts,” Norton said, when he announced the appointment of committee members this week.
