Rappahannock County students were prominent on Randolph - Macon Academy honor roll lists released recently by Col. D. E. Sellers, Academic Dean at the Front Royal college-preparatory school.
Charles Browning Swaim, son of Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Swaim of Flint Hill, was one of two Academy students earning perfect 4.00 grade-point averages for the first grading period of the 1975-76 session. Joining young Swaim on the Special Honor Roll For Scholastic Excellence with 3.60 averages were Lindsay WilloughbyGreen Eastham, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas L. Eastham of “Ben Venue,” Mary Brooke Massie, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. WadeH. Massie of “Hamden Hall,” and Gregory Whitney Swaim of Flint Hill.
Rappahannock students named to the Second Honor Roll, requiring grade-point averages of 2.75-3.59 were Cristine Kay Kuhn and Paul Allen Kuhn, whose parents are Mr. and Mrs. Russel C. Kuhn of Washington, and Howard Robert Swaim, son of Mr. and Mrs. Swaim of Flint Hill.
