BEGINNING at (I) on the plat, an iron pipe 25 feet East of the centerline of Highway No. 231 and bearing N 20-1/2 E 59 feet from a stone gate post, the most northerly one; thence along the centerline of the proposed outlet road N 87 E 424 feet to (2) a stake bearing N 16-3/4 E 35 feet from a pointed rock; thence N 67 E 100 feet to (3), a stake, thence N 56-1/2 E 200 feet to (4) a stake; thence N 70 E 100 feet to (5), a stake; thence due East 63 feet to (6), thence S 38-3/4 E 73 feet to B, on the plat, an iron pipe in the boundary lines of the lands being purchased. The above described outlet road is to be 40 feet wide—20 feet on each side of the centerline described. The area taken up by the outlet road is 0.881 acre, more or less, plus a perpetual 40-foot easement reserved to C. C.
