Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Atkins entertained at a birthday party Saturday for their daughter, Mrs. Eddie Noakes. Guests included Mr. Noakes and Amy, and Mrs. Harry Berry, Anna and Laura of Harrisonburg, Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Beverage, Kim and Tammy, Mr. and Mrs. Lester Clatterbuck and Craig and Susan Courtney all of Front Royal.
Mrs. Maude Dodson is visiting Mrs. Lawrence Gochenour and family in Luray this week. Mr. and Mrs. Leon Cloud of Oxon Hill, Md. spent last weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Lillard. Mrs. Lillard was the guest of her daughter, Mrs. Linda Haney in Alexandria this week. Mr. and Mrs. Grant Patton, Mimby, Joy and Helen were recent guests of her parents, the Charlie Lillards, while getting settled into their new home in Stephen City. The Pattons have moved here from Plaistow, N.H.
