That certain tract or parcel of land containing 8.82 acres, more or less, in Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, and being the same real estate containing 9.33 acres acquired by Albert Lee Fletcher from James J. Roy, et ux, by deed dated July 11, 1939 and recorded in Deed Book 42, page 273 of the Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, SAVE AND EXCEPT onehalf (1/2) of an acre conveyed off the aforesaid real estate by Albert Lee Fletcher, et ux, to Addie Virginia Dade by deed dated March 1, 1941, and recorded in Deed Book 52, page 186, of the Clerk’s Office aforesaid.

SALE ON THE ABOVE REAL ESTATE SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL AND CONFIRMATION BY THE COURT.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash. 10% of the purchase price on the day of sale to be paid by the successful bidder and the balance in cash on or before ten (10) days after the date of the sale, during which time the purchasers will be allowed to examine title to said real estate. In the event of resale, the 10% deposit paid by the defaulting purchaser shall be retained by the Court as liquidated damages.
