The real estate herein described is the same tract or parcel of land which was conveyed to Anna K. Jacobs Grigsby by J. Ivar Jacobs, et us, by deed dated August 30, 1971, and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia in Deed Book 101, page 239.
