Mrs. Nelson
Mrs. Edith Reva Nelson of Culpeper died November 12, 1976 at a nursing home in Gloucester following a long illness. She was the widow of Thomas Franklin Nelson.
She was the daughter of the late Millard Fillmore and Nellie Nevitt Sanford. She was a member of the Culpeper Baptist Church and the Women’s Missionary Union.
Mrs. Nelson is survived by four sons, Richard L. Nelson and W. Sanford Nelson, both of Richmond, T. Frank Nelson, Jr., of Fort Walton Beach, Fla., and R. Paul Nelson of Richmond; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. H. Lester Hooker of Richmond.
Funeral services were held Sunday at the Amissville Baptist Church, with burial in the church cemetery. □
