The Rappahannock News was awarded a Certificate of Merit for its assistance in presenting newsworthy information concerning activities of the Rappahannock Unit, American Cancer Society to the public. Selection was made from entries submitted by local units around the state. Presentation was made at the annual Division meeting in Roanoke October 29.
