Thursday dinner guests of Mrs. Anna Fincham and Mrs. JohnRuskin were Mrs. Maywood Cornwell, James B. Bolen, Marion Bolen, all of Luray and Miss Beulah Bolen of Takoma Park, Md. They were also visitors of Mrs. Willie Payne in Washington and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Jacobs of Viewtown.
Mrs. Brown Miller was a recent guest of her daughter, Mrs. Joe Murphy in Winston-Salem, N.C. and they visited their son and brother, Jim Miller in Atlanta, Ga. Mrs. Virginia Bashaw and Mrs. Douglas French of Woodstock were overnight guests last Monday in the Miller home. Dinner guests Thursday were Dr. James Thornton and son, Jimmy of Gate City, Mr. and Mrs. Lee Thornton III and son, Philip, Mrs. J.W. Fletcher and Mrs. Frances Thornton.
D. Lyle Miller, Jr. entered University of Virginia Hospital Sunday.
Mrs. Anna Fincham, accompanied by Mrs. Warren Settle of Amissville, Mrs. Stephen Sealock and Diane of Flint Hill and Mrs. Robert Jacobs of Viewtown visited Carroll Racer, Sr. in the Skyline Terrace Nursing Home, Woodstock on Friday.
