The Piedmont Realtors Association and the Piedmont Vocational Education Foundation broke ground recently on the Foundation’s first house building project. Students in construction classes at Piedmont Technical Education Center in Culpeper County, with which Rappahannock is associated, will build the house under the supervision and direction of school instructors and the watchful eye of the Culpeper County Building Inspector.
