“It’s good for the horse industry. It’s good for the travel industry. It will keep Virginia dollars in Virginia. It's good for farming. If horse farms are economically viable, they won’t go under to development pressures," he maintained.

Land Use

In the area of land use. Guest said he expects the General Assembly to show an interest in extending the rollback period for land taken out of a land use program.
