Mr. Priest was a retired nursery worker and a veteran of World War'll.
He is survived by his wife Emma Brown Estes Priest, Culpeper, two children, Thomas A. Priest, Martinsville. and Mrs. Frances A. Hindie, Waldorf, Md., two sisters, Mrs. Mary James, Black Mountain, N. C., and Mrs. Ruth Sandy, Staunton, three brothers, Calvin Priest, Lanham, Md., Edward Priest, Garrison, Md., and Jimmy Priest, Clinton, Md., five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted Dec. 24 at the Moody Funeral Service, Culpeper, by the Rev. Gordon George. Interment was at the Culpeper National Cemetery.
