Mrs. Jenkins died Friday, December 25, 1981, in Warren Memorial Hospital, Front Royal. She was born February 8, 1905 in Sperryville, the daughter of the late Hubert and Polly Atkins Jenkins. She was a member of Beech Spring Baptist Church, Sperryville and attended the Rivermont Baptist Church. Surviving are her husband, Silas Dolan Jenkins; two daughters, Lois Dodson and Catherine Atkins, both of Front Royal; thre<S sisters, Mrs. Roy Jenkins and Mrs. Ennis Jenkins Sr., both of Sperryville, and Mrs. Edward Jenkins of Washington; 13 grandchildren and 22 greatgrandchildren.

Miss Linda Hawkins of Richmond spent the Christmas holidays with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Hawkins. Mrs. Hawkins and her mother Mrs. Ruth Lillard were guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. C. D. Marshall in Culpeper.

Mr. and Mrs. Danny Sims of Charlottesville spent the Christmas holiday with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Sims and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Butler.

Mrs. Frank Criswell and Richard of Clearwater, Fla., were Christmas Day guests of Mr. and Mrs. Cary Thornhill. Monday luncheon guests of the Thornhills were Mr. and Mrs. Nick Peneranda of Fairfax, Mrs. Leo Wood of Reva Park, Stant Weaver of Washington, Mrs. Mamie Hawkins, Mr. and Mrs. George Butler and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Duncan.

Visiting F. R. Frazier Sr., on Christmas Day were Mr. and Mrs. Shelvy Frazier and Janet of Castleton, Mr. and Mrs. Holtzman Frazier of Fredericksburg, Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Atkins of Sperryville, Mrs. Agnes Holdren of Camp Springs, Md., Mr. and Mrs. James Frazier of Spotsylvania, Miss Brenda Frazier of Culpeper, Joe Peregory of Front Royal, Harold Frazier, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Frazier, Michele and Michael.

Mr. and Mrs. Tommy Hensley and family spent the Christmas holiday with Mr. and Mrs. Jack Keeling in Farmville.
