Though most peopie look forward to the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays as a happy time, for too many people the season brings stress and depression.
“The holidays are always played up so big through advertising on radio and TV to be such a fantastic, great happy time,” said Linda Mock, clinic director of Family Guidance Services of Rappahannock. “For a lot of people, however, that is not their reality.”
