OF SUPERVISORS PURSUANT to Section 12.1-10 ot the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.1431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia will hold a public hearing on January 7, 1991, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following application(s) : RE-ZONING #90-11-01
Robert B. Metcalfe, operating as Metlo Development, Inc., P.O. Box 147, Flint Hill, VA 22627, desires to re-zone his property located on the East side of Rt. 522 in Flint Hill, VA, Tax Map 13, Parcel 129, consisting of structure on approximately 0.758 acres; (better known as Lot 25B). Property is currently zoned “VR", village Residential with request to rezone as “VC" Village Commercial. Re-zoning subject to Amendment 12.2-2, Articles 1,2 & 3; Section 12.2.3 through 12.2-7.
