“We could do better, though,” Mrs. Davis added. “There are a ?reat deal of people in a bad way who need our help. Last year we did 35 baskets to help those in need. This year, so far, we have just enough to do about 30. And there is a greater need,” she said.
“We hate to make a judgement call and eliminate those who may need to help others,” she said, adding this may need to be done if enough goods or money are not received.
