VFBF president
C. Wayne Ashworth, a Pittsylvania County tobacco grower and cut flower businessman, has been reelected president of the Virginia Farm Bureau Federation. He ran unopposed.
Delegates from Virginia’s county Farm Bureaus re-elected Ashworth Nov. 29 during the VFBF Annual Convention in Roanoke.
Ashworth was first elected VFBF president in 1988 for a twoyear term. His new term will run through December 1992.
