Del. Dickinson said his feeling is that the General Assembly will tackle only reapportionment of its own seats this year and that it won’t act on congressional redistricting until next January.
“There aren’t any congressional elections until 1992 so I don’t see any reason to go to the considerable ex-. pense of a special session to. draw those lines when we can wait until the regular 1992 session.”
