Planning Committee To Meet

The RAAC 4th of July Planning Committee will meet at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 20 at Frank Reynolds’ office in Washington. Fore more information call Ellen Manson at 675-1349.

Flower Show Planned

The public is invited to a Flower Show being presented by the Rappahannock County Garden Club form 1:30-5:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 20 at the Washington Volunteer Fire Hall. The show is titled “A Tribute To Rappahannock County” and will include many horticulture and design exhibits. Take time to “smell the flowers” and enjoy a Spring afternoon.

R.C.H.S. Athletic Banquet Set

The Rappahannock County High School Athletic Department will sponsor its Annual Banquet in the R.C.H.S. Gymnasium at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, May 31.

Tickets will go on sale Wednesday, may 17 and can be purchased in the office at the High School. All tickets must be purchased in advance. Tickets will be $4 per person except for Varsity athletes who get in for free. For more information please contact Jack Raines or Kelly Settle at R.C.H.S., 987-8575.
