Yeager and, others against Margaret Yeager Prudum and others we will on Friday, the 19th of May, 1995, at the front door of the Court House in Washington, Virginia, at 11:00 o'clock a m on that day. offer for sale to the highest bidder, the following described real estate.

All that certain tract or parcel of land, containing 23.5028 acres, situate. lying and being in Stonewall Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, and more particularly described, according to plat and survey of Smith • Hume & Assoc , dated March 27, 1990, AND BEING the same and identical tract or parcel of land conveyed to Lewis Roebuck and Abraham Wiggingtort by Silas Vaughan, by deed dated December 21, 1874, and recorded in Deed Book O, at page 40.

Terms of sale: A bidder's deposit of $5,000.00, said deposit being due and payable on the date of sale in cash or equivalent funds with the balance of said purchase price being due and payable, in full, thirty (30) days from the date of sale.
