Advisory Committee Meeting

The final Special Education Advisory Committee for the 1994/95 school year will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 25 in room 23 at the high school (Mrs. Logan’s room). A PBS documentary, “Educating Peter,” will be shown. The meeting is open to the public.

King and Queen Sought

Anyone interested in running for king or queen for the Flint Hill Volunteer Fire Department may call Connie Huff Harris at 675-3389. The carnival will be held July 26-29.

Class Reunion Planned

Support Group To Meet

The Blue Ridge Head Injury Support Group will meet from 1 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, May 20 at the home of Lynn Oliver in Sperry ville. For directions, information, transportation and/or support please call Pat Salmon at 675-3137.

Springtime Extravaganza Set

The R.C.H.S. Choir and the R.C.E.S. Chorus will present a “Springtime Extravaganza,” Choral Concert in the R.C.E.S. Auditorium on Thursday, May 18. The concert will beginning at 7:30 p.m. Come and enjoy a variety of musical selections, from spirituals and the music of the 50’s to Choo-Choo Ch-Boogie, a jazz selection. The concert is free and open to the public. However, we are asking you to bring a canned item for the needy. We will have a box for you to deposit your donation.
