The regular meeting of the Rappahannock-Rapidan Regional Commission has been rescheduled for Thursday, Dec. 19 at 2 p.m. Members are requested to call 829-7450 if unable to attend.
Holiday closings
The Rappahannock County government offices will be closed on Tuesday, Dec. 24 and Wednesday, Dec. 25. They will reopen on Thursday, Dec. 26. They also will be closed Tuesday, Dec. 31 and Wednesday, Jan. 1 and reopen on Thursday, Jan. 2.
The Rappahannock National Bank will close at noon on Tuesday, Dec. 24 and resume regular hours on Thursday, Dec. 26. It also will close at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 31 and reopen on Thursday, Jan. 2.
The Rappahannock County public school system will close on Friday, Dec. 20 and reopen on Thursday, Jan. 2.
