Yoga with Lilo

Clinic will be open Jan 15
The Rappahannock Free Clinic, a local operation of the Fauquier Free Clinic Inc., is currently open on the first, third and fifth Wednesdays of each month. The clinic will be open Wednesday, Jan. 15 and not again until Jan. 29. The clinic will be closed on Jan. 1. Patient registration is from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Rappahannock Public Health Department Building. For information call 347-0394.
Belle Grove plans tours
Belle Grove located in Middletown near the intersection of 1-81 and 1-66 is once again offering Christmas tours, Dec. 19-22. Daytime tours are available Thursdays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. and Sundays from 1 to 6 p.m. Evening candlelight tours are offered from 6 to 9 p.m., Thursdays through Sundays.
Daytime tours of the decorated mansion are $8 for adults, Belle Grove members and children 12 and under are free. Red Cross blood drive set
The Culpeper-Madison Chapter of the American Red Cross has set the following dates for blood drives: Jan. 8 from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Merillat Industries in Culpeper; Jan. 14 from 12:30 to 6 p.m. at Culpeper Baptist Church and from 2 to 7 p.m. on the same day at the Madison Rescue Squad building: Jan. 21 from 3 to 8 p.m.at the Church of Latter Day Saints in Culpeper and on Jan. 22 from noon to 4 p.m. at Continental Teves in Culpeper.
Area residents are encouraged to mark their calendar and plan to donate. To give blood, you must be generally healthy, 17 years of age or more and weigh at least 110 pounds. For further information call the Red Cross at 8258611.

Public invited to glassblowing demo
The glassblowing studio currently located in Glassworks Gallery is moving to a larger location in another Oldway building as the glassblowers prepare for next month's opening of the Oldway Art Center School of Glassblowing. If you have missed the public glassblowing demos... this will be the last chance to see public glassblowing for a while.
The glassblowing demonstrations are expected to return, but they are expected to be scheduled weekend events with a small admission charge. Glassblower Eric Kvarnes would like to invite the community to come to these final free demonstrations, which will be held from 7 to 10 p.m. now through Dec. 23.
