Sept. 14: The Winning Ticket
Come for the music, the burgers and hot dogs, come for the speeches and a chancfc to see all your Rappahannock friends at the farm known as The Last Resort. The occasion is a slambang rally and fund-raiser for Anita Hartke. Rappahannock's own candidate for the U. S. Congress, on Saturday, Sept. 14 from 1 to 4 p.m. Enjoy the music of Bobby Qlasker and his band, famous for jazz blues. Sept. 14: Old Hollow reunion
The annual Old Hollow Reunion will be held on Sunday, Sept. 14 at Thornton's Gap Regular Baptist Church, Sperryville. Lunch will be served at 1 p.m. Please bring a covered dish, and join us for a time of fellowship. For more information on the reunion call Ruby Dwyer at 540-987-8336..

Meeting starts at 7 p.m,, Rappahannock County Library. Community membors are invited to attend the Sept. 16 board meeting of the Rappahannock County Conservation Alliance (RCCA), RCCA holds its monthly Board of Directors meeting on the third Tuesday of each month from 5 30 -7 p.m., at the Link in Sperryville (at the corner of Routes 522 & 211.)
