When the school board held its first meeting in the new bus shop and administration building Tuesday, it was to discuss repairs to an old building, specifically the roof on the elementary school which sprung six leaks during the pass year. The board received a presentation from Kenneth P. Harris, regional sales rnunagvr for T. R. Davis Inc., an industrial roofing and waterproofing company based in Lancaster, Pa. and Richmond. Va.
Rappahannock sheriff W. A. Buntin received reports of two break-ins and one larceny during the past week. Buntin says the AJVI. Cohen home at Harris Hollow was broken into on August 25 or 26. Missing property included a GE AM/KM stem) with an attached reading lamp, a black and white 10- inch television and a Philco radio, Buntin asked anyone with any information on any of the cases to contact his office.
