Scout project. Boy Scout Troop 36 assisted Gavin with the installation. The seniors eryoyed sitting in the outdoor area as Bob Lander, president of the Scrabble School Preservation Foundation, talked about the plantings and accommodations. Several of the attendees suggested improvements by installing bird feeders and an archway to designate the entrance.
The seniors toured the building as Darcy Canton, director of the county’s Senior Nutrition Center, explained the planned layout of the facility as the county’s new Senior Center.
