Budget and bread The School Board will hold a public hearing March 19 on the proposed budget for the 2009/10 school year at 7 p.m. in the RCHS auditorium. Earlier, the second annual RCPS Art Show and Empty Bowls dinner will take place from 5-7 p.m. The show features artwork from students in grades 6-12. Soup and bread will be provided by the culinary classes, and bowls handmade by students will be on display. The RCHS Jazz Band will perform in the auditorium. Rhppahannock News P.O.
