Architectural and Engineering Request tor Proposals The Rappahannock County School Board is accepting proposals from qualified firms to provide Architectural and Engineering Services for Design and Construction Management for a possible Rappahannock County Public Schools renovation project that is contingent upon approval for Stimulus funding. RFP packets may be requested in wnting (Mai1, FAX, or email) from Superintendent Robert Chappell at the above address. Sealed RFP closing is Tuesday, March 31, 2009, at 2:00 PM. Firms intending to submit RFPs must be willing to devote approximately 100 hours of preliminary investigation and documentation of existing structures / conditions on computer between April 13 and May 1. The Rappahannock County School Board does not discriminate against any firm submitting an RFP on the basis of race, religion, color, sex. national origin, or membership in faith-based organizations. The Rappahannock County School Board reserves the nght to reject any and all proposals.

School Board Budget Public Hearing

2009-2010 Proposed School Budget A School Board budget public hearing has been scheduled for Thursday. March 19 at 7:00p.m. in the Rappahannock County High School Auditorium. The purpose of the meeting is to receive public comments on the School Board s proposed 2009-2010 school budget. The Superintendent's proposed budget includes a funding request of $8,509,098 from county funds and a total proposed budget of $11,434,491. The amount may be amended pnor to and or following the Public Heanng by the School Board. A summary of the proposed budget will be posted on the schools website at www.rappahannock.k12 va.us as soon as the budget is finalized.

Attention Former Clients of Rappahannock Randan Community Services Board and Area Agency on Aging (RRCSB-AAA) Behavioral Healthcare of Rappahannock-Rapidan (formerly including Family Guidance Services of Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange, and Rappahannock) and Boxwood Treatment Center.

RRCSB-AAA intends to destroy clinical records of former clients who have not yet received services from RRCSB-AAA in the past rune (9) years (specifically, cases which closed between October 1997 and January 2000).
