In 2008. with Mitchell's strong encouragement, RAAC announced a new' arts education fund initiative dedicated to nurturing artistic development throughout the county. Adams said that the RAAC board will work aggressively to get this program established.
“Our dear friend and leader Claudia Mitchell has left us an incredibly rich legacy and a renewed dedication to the pursuit of RAAC’s purposes," Adams said.
