Matthews, manager of VPI's flue-cured tobacco experi mental station at Chatham, will speak to local tobacco farmers, Monday night at 7:30. in the auditorium of Rice Elementary School. He will discuss tobacco varieties, recommendations, and fertilizers. E. F. Striplin, county agent, has arranged this annual visit and talk of Mr. Matthews.
