Virginia, approxi mately $108.86 to the credit of the Circuit Court of the County of Prince Edward, in the above styled cause, said sum having b«tn under control of the Court for a period of exceeding five years, and this money being due to the unknown creditors of J. J. Cheadle or the unknown heirs of J. J. Cheadle: TAKE NOTICE THEIR EFORE. Anyone having a just claim to the above sum may appear before me on Thursday, January 8. 1953. between the hours of 10 a. m. and 3 p. m. in my office in the Court House in the Town of Farmville, Virginia and establish their claims. Be further notified, if no such claims are presented and proved before me as a Special Commissioner as aforesaid. I shall recommend to the Circuit Court of the County of Prince Edward that the aoove sum be escheated to the Treaa u:er of Virginia, as provided by Section 8-746 of the Code of Vir ginia, 1950.
