ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of thus suit is to have the Court ascertain and designate the true boundary lines between the parcel of some 220 acres owned jointly by LeSueur Richmond Slate Corporation and Arvonia-Buckingham Slate Com pany Incorporated, and the ad joining tract of some "30 acres owned by Carrie Abrahams and Juliet Abrahams on which Le Sueur-Richmond Slate Corpora tion has a lease, said real estate lying In the Marshall Magisterial District of Buckingham County. Virginia, near Arvonia. and on both sides of Hunt's Creek and on both sides of the right of way of Chesapeake and Ohio Railway Company. And an affidavit having been made and filed that the defen- j dants Carrie Abrahams and ,'ullet Abrahams are not residents of the State of Virginia, it is ordered that they do appear here , within ten days after due publi cation hereof, and do what may be necessary to protect their in- 1 terest in this suit.
