Did You Forget
Did you forget to make your contribution to the American Red Cross? Rappahannock County Chapter of the Red Cross has not met its quota for 1951, but it is hoped thatjthis deficit can be overcome with a little help from those who expected to help and as yet have failed to do So. Please make any contributions-to your local worker and help put Rappahannock over the top. All workers who have not turned in their final reports are requested to do this as soon as possible.
The officers of the Rappahannock Red Cross wish to thank Allen Johnson and his staff for their efforts during the drive for funds, as this is mostly a thankless job. The average person does not stop to think that these people spend their time and money with no thought of pay except the thanks of those who are interested in, and helped by the Red Cross. Let us show appreciation for the volunteer Red Cross workers, for without them a great American institution would not be able to function.
