Harvey Miller, 73 Dies
Harvey Miller, 78, an architect and designer of banks died of a heart attack Sunday night at his home in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Miller was the architect for the new headquarters building of the National Association of Letter Carriers, now under construction at first street and Indiana avenue, N.W.
His work included design of the old Franklin National Bank the American Building Association, thei First National Bank of Strasburg, the Raphine Presbyterian church.
Mr. Miller was born in Bridgewater. He was graduated from the school of architecture at Bqaux Arts Institute of Design in New York and worked in Staunton for some time. -A—bachelor,—he - leaves—fournephews, Harry Miller, Reinhold R. Siegler, Lewis F. Siegler, and Paul Lewis Miller of Flint Hill.
