A local fellow sounded off in a similar vein when he found out about the Social Security for selfemployed. He ^howled long and loud. He had provided for his old age as best he could with insurance policies and frugal, careful planning. Now, he says, he has to pay for this social security mess to support all the trifling people who didn't try to attend to their own future as he has. He doesn’t want it—he doesn’t approve of it—and he enjoyed hefring the woman editor in Mississippi blow her top. He agrees with her completely, but, like some of the rest of us , he thinks she’s in a mess of trouble and will be beat soundly by the government boys.
