It is, therefore, ordered that the said Shirley Williams, Hilary Grigsby, Lou Jackson Williams and Willie Williams, if they be liting; or their heirs and distributees if they be dead, and any and all other persons, if any there be, who are interested in the subject matter of this suit, whose names are unknown and who are made parties defendant by the general description of parties unknown, and the creditors and Hen holders, if any there be, of the estate of the said John Pendleton Williams, deceased, do appear in the Clerk’s Office of this Court, within 10 days after date of publication of this order and do what may be necessary to protect their interest in this suit.
