Miss unariotte Golloday, music instructor in the schools of Rappahannock county who makes her home at “Rock Villa" this winter, spent the week-end in Lynchburg.

Mr. and Mrs. James Yates of Huntly spent several days in Washington, D. C. the past week. While there, Mrs. Yates consulted her physician, who found her much improved.

Mr. and Mrs. Edward Claf terhuck, and Mr. and Mrs. John Milton Partlow and children of Alexandria spent the week end with Mr. and Mrs. L. E. Johnson who a'.so had as* their guests on Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Rector and two daughters, Rel>ecca and Eleanor Jane, of Flint Hill.

Miss Louise Schwarts was a guest over the week-end of her brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence W. Ewing in Harrisonburg.

Veraice Justice of Washington, D.C. spent the week-end with his family in Amissville. Mrs. Lula M. Jenkins, who has been spending some time in Washington, D.C., with Mr. and Mrs. John Powell Jenkins, has returned to Sperryville and is now the guest of Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Brown.
