RESPONDENTS

The object of the above entitled cause is to partition by one of tire modes provided by law, amon£ the heirs at law and distributees of John Pendleton Williams, deceased, that certain tract or parcel of land situate in Jackson Magisterial District of Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing 35 acres, more or less, improved by a four room frame dwelling, of which the said* John Pendleton Williams, died seized and possessed, and to ascertain whether or not there are any other heirs at ‘aw of the said John Pendleton Williams, deceased, who have not previously conveyed their interest in the said land to the complainants, except Shirley Williams, Hilary Grigsby, Lou Jackson Williams and Willie Williams; and who, if any, are the creditors or lien holders of the estate of the said John Pendleton Williams; and an affidavit having been made and filed that the respondents, Shirley Williams, Hilary Grigsby, Lou Jackson Williams and Willie Widiams, are not residents of the state of Virginia and that the last known post office addresses are as follows:
