Do We Have The New Judge?
There are strong hopes in Rappahannock that our Commonwealth Attorney Rayner V. Snead will he named as the new district judge for Loudoun, Fauquier, and Rappahannock when the Governor makes the appointment January 1, 1953.
Some speculation is running x about that maybe now, since Fauquier will have the delegate in the Assembly, perhaps they will be generous and think Rappahannock should see at least one chance to have some office go to one of its very worthy citizens.
Commonwealth Attorney R. V. Snead is known as a conscientious man, strong in a sense of duty and right doing. It is felt that he will make a good judge and the Rappahannock people hope he will be named judge.
