Board of Supervisors Meet

The regular meeting of the Rappahannock Board of Supervisors met Wednesday, January 7 at 10 a m. with W. C. Campbell, chairman, presiding. Other members of the board present were A. C. Latham, A. H. Buckner, J. P. Cook, and E. M. Estes. H. B. Wood was not present. Highlights of the meeting were regular bills were presented and authorized to be paid. Miss Elizabeth Fuss, home agent, gave her 1952 report, and a copy of it was filed with the board. A motion was made by A. H. Buckner, seconded by A. C. Latham, to pay $61.12 for dues of League of Virginia counties. G. H. Clark, district county agent, appeared before the board requesting a small change in the method of paying salaries in the county agent's office.

Mr. Coldiron, resident engineer, of Warren ton, was present and was afked, by the board, to investigate the county roads, the amount the state would allow, and submit his plans with suggestions for projects to be _I .
