Mr. and Mrs. John R. DeBergh, Mrs. Elizabeth H. DeBergh and Dr. and Mrs. George H. Davis of Warrenton were supper guests Sunday evening of Mr. and Mrs. George H. Davis Jr. Mr. and Mrs. Gene Wagner and daughter, Linda Lou, were in New York for a few days during the holiday. Enroute home they, with Mrs. Wagner's mother, stopped over to see Miss Margaret Compton and brother, W. C. Compton. Mrs. Wagner remained in the Compton home for a few days before going to her daughter’s in Arlington, where she and her husband are making their home. ' Sunday dinner guests of Miss Mary Bruce were Mrs. Thomas Williams, and son, Thomas Jr., Mrs. Agnes Williams, Mrs. N. R. Cannon and Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Jenkins and daughter,' Geraldine.
Saturday dinner guests of Miss Mary Bruce were Mrs. Elizabeth Gray of Front Royal, Miss Addie Butler and Joe Burke. Mrs. Gertie Fincham had as her dinner guests New Year Day Mr. and Mrs. Albert Frazier and Mrs. Annie Frazier of Arlington, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Fincham and family, Henry Jr. and Brenda of Front Royal, Mr, and Mrs. Ernest Fincham and son, Franklin, Mr. and Mrs. Wilson Fincham and family, Wilson Jr., Mae and Tommy of Flint Hill, Mr. and Mrs. Ned Settle and daughter, Betty Jean Settle. Afternoon guests of Mrs. Fincham were Mrs. Frazier and son, Bobby.
Mr. and Mrs. Carlton Johnson of Washington, D. C. were week-end guests of Mr. and Mrs. Johnson’s uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Ollie Fincham.
Mr. and Mrs. Ollie Fincham, Caroll Racer and son, Caroll Jr., and daughter, Miss Lois Racer were dinner guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Carlton Johnson in Washington, D.C.
Flint Hill News Notes
Mrs. D. E Yowell and Miss Ruth Yowell of Etlan visited Mr. and Mrs. Robert Nethers Sunday evening. Miss Polly Nethers, who has been a guest in the Yowell home for several days, acompanied them to her home.
