Mr. and Mrs. Julian Ragan were Sunday guests of Mrs. Ragan’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. M. W. Brown. Miss Betty Casarotti, Miss Jean Brown and Allen Brown motored to Richmond on Sunday with Bobby Thomas, who is a student at the Medical College and on their return were supper guests in the Brown home._
Other visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Maury Brown during Christmas week were Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Fletcher, James Wayland and daughter and son, Miss Charlotte .Wayland and Russell Wayland of Front Royal, J. E. Wayland, E. W. Gore and Dike Quaintance.
Mrs. Mildred Thornton is a guest for a few days of her son and daughter-in-lawr, Mr. and Mrs. Lee Thornton. Mr. and Mrs. James M. Thornton, who have been visiting relatives here, left on Sunday for their home in Athens, Georgia. Mr. and Mrs. B. H. Weddle and baby have returned after a holiday visit with relatives in Massachusetts. Mrs. Thomas Cozzo and Miss Joan Kelly Aylor of Arlington were Sunday guests of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. H. Aylor. Mrs. Aylor is suffering with a badly sprained ankle as a result of a fall at her home Saturday.
