The Rappahannock Hunt was represented Saturday in Warren ton at the Virginia Champion Hunter Trials by Mrs. * John R. DeBergh, riding “Redmund” and Freddie Jackson nmng w mocniuc owned by Mrs. Allen D. Kinsley of "Over-tfteHMI Farm," Griffinsburg. Mr. and Mrs. Leon T. Greenaway of Leeway • Farm took first and third with the winners going to the distaff side. / The trials were followed by a cocktail party at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wilbers.

Red Cross Drive
In Final Week
A million and a half volunteers are in the field determined tb finish the job by the end of March or not long afterward. Essential unity of American people is being demonstrated as men and women of all religious faiths and races and nationalities, and from every walk of life, work together on local campaigns throughout the country to raise the Red Cross 1953 goal of $93,000,000. Rappahannock County has volunteers in the field hoping to complete the goal of $954 given our ‘county. If anyone has not donated and wishes to do so, please contact the Red Cross Fund Chairman in your district or mail your donation to Mrs. Janie Jarvjis, Sperryvilie, County Fund Chairman. The success of the gamma globulin project depends upon a large increase in blood donations and giving to the • current fund campaign.
