The protective foods are milk, vegetables, fruit's, eggs, meats, and cheese; and they include proteins, minerals and vitamins. The energy foods are starches, sugar, ‘and fats; they are delicious but, oh, so fattening! The energy foods will be the gas that gives one the quick start, the power to go places, and the speed to get there fast.
