We are planning to try to get our plans together so we can make an announcement as soon as possible. I am afraid it is going to be almost July 1st before we can make up definite plans.
Thdre are a number of things that have come in and have seriously interfered. One is you know there is reorganization on the Federal level. This makes our Federal Co-operation uncertain. We hope it will be more, it may be nothing/We received a wire yesterday from Fairfax stating that they had included an item in their budget for $15,000 a year to make us move there. We have two counties that we must complete this year and get out of, and there is another area that we need to get into so desperately from the point of view of using poor surveys that have already been made. I will push things along as hard as I can, so that we can make a definite commitment, but k will be a few weeks, I am afraid, before k can be done.
