AUXILIARY MEETING

The Woman’s Auxiliary met with Mrs. William R. Williamson on Wednesday evening. Those present were Mrs. S. E. Hening, Mrs. Zula Sealock, Miss Annie Stephenson, Mrs. Fred Schaefer, Misses Louise Schwartz,y and Catherine Cooper, Mrs. T. J. Pillar, and house guest. Refreshments were served by the hostess after the meeting.

NOTE OF APPRECIATION

Mr. and- Mrs. Harold Brown Estes wish to express their appreciatoin to all who were so kind to Mr. Estes during his illness. The expressions of sympathy by friends through Words and deeds were sources of great help.

CHICKEN A HAM SUPPER

On the lawn of Mrs. H. S. Barksdale, a fried chicken and ham supper will be served Friday, July 3 from 6-8 p.m. This supper is for the benefit of the- Methodist church Building Fund. Price of each plate is $1.25.

MISSIONARY MEETING

The Missionary Society of the Washington Baptist church will meet in the church Tuesday, July 7 at 2.30 p.m.
