Caroletta Gough, Betty Rutherford, Kelly Updike, John Turner, and Lelia Gentry were Rappahannock County’s delegation to State 4-H Short Course, held last week at V.P.I. This delegation joined Greene, Culpeper, Madison, and Louisa for the trip to Blacksburg.
NewbiU Miller, our All-Star, was already there, having attended the All-Star Conference the week-end before.
